Established in the main French garlic production area since 1989, in Cadours (Haute-Garonne, French department), Sokod’Ail is a family company whose management is in its second generation. Sokod’Ail transforms garlic in order to offer processed garlic solutions to the food-processing players: manufacturers, wholesalers, cash-and-carry and so many other business sectors.
