Unpeeled garlic cloves

Garlic cloves are separated from the roots by compressed air system. Garlic cloves keep their thin peel. The unpeeled garlic clove is also named “ail en chemise” in french.

Peeled garlic cloves

After being separated from roots, the unpeeled garlic is peeled by mechanic rubbing. The thin peel is gone off and the garlic clove is bare. Peeled garlic is stored in a cold room before packaging.

Dehydrated garlic range

The peeled garlic used for industry is sliced and dehydrated in order to constitute dehydrated garlic flakes. Accord to the customer requests, flakes are ground in several granulometries.

Garlic pulp range

Dehydrated garlic is the row material of the garlic pulp. Rehydrated, garlic is mixed and packaged to industrial companies and wholesalers.

All products are available in French and European (Spanish) origins.

Our raw material comes mainly from our farm (La Ferme de La Hitte). The garlic is grown close to the company, in South West of France. We also work with spanish producers for the supply of European garlic.
